Upon your arrival at ENSEIRB-MATMECA

Warning! The information below needs revision: procedures have been simplifier. Main things to have inmind when you arrive: watch your Google docs individual folder (whiteboard); meet Club IEE and international office staff.

This is what you should do upon arriving at ENSEIRB-MATMECA

  • check your housing problem with the international office and/or student life office;
  • register as an ENSEIRB-MATMECA student at the registration office;
  • get an account (and e-mail address) on ENSEIRB-MATMECA machines, from our computer manager;
  • warn the international office and other persons of your arrival by sending an e-mail from your ENSEIRB account to:
    • the relevant departmental coordinator
      (cc: the institutional coordinator and international office secretary);
    • your project supervisor (if this applies).
